Dear Administrator,

I would like to challenge mr. Charles Linden, saying that his method (The Linden Method) is a scam en that I have a better and cheaper treatment for reducing anxiety disorders. See the link with the title “Help for shy women” (with reference):

I have contacted a few experts in the field of psychology (e.g. marital therapist/writer Andrew G. Marshall, Dutch Psychologist/writer dr. Pieternal Dijkstra and Jenny Brookes, Psychologist at The Linden Center) who all found this treatment very interesting.

Dear Administrator,

In my question I have asked you if there are any reliable scientific journals (papers) where “The Linden Method” has been fully scrutinized by well-known experts (using statistical data).
To be truthful to you, I find the statements on the official website from professionals and clients one-sided. Interesting, on the website of Amazon.com there are reviews from clients which are not so positive about this method.

I suspect you did not read my articles before posting your comment. Charles Linden does not teach you how to cope with panic attacks …. he teaches you how to cure them! But I still thank you for sharing your technique and hope it does help someone.
